Section 2: Buckets

General Purpose Bucket

General purpose buckets are compatible with digging teeth and replaceable cutting edges. Thegeneral purpose buckets are more durable than material buckets with full length side cuttingedges, additional bottom skid plates, and a double reinforced top section.

Materials Bucket

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used forloading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks.

High Volume Bucket

For use with light-material such as mulch, feed, silage, chicken manure, or snow.

Heavy Duty Bucket

Heavy-duty buckets are available for tasks requiring more robust bucket designs. This bucket isrecommended for heavier use applications, such as commercial operations. Cutting edge has pre-drilled holes for addition of a replaceable cutting edge.

Digging teeth can be added to heavy-duty buckets for easierdigging in hard ground or for breaking loose hard-packedmaterials such as manure or silage. Digging teeth are notcompatible with replaceable cutting edges.

High-performance operators will choose the five-tinegrapple for its increased durability and load-carryingcapacity. The grapple is equipped with twin cylinders toprovide excellent clamping force. Section 9: Loader Suspension

An enhancement to the loader is the suspension system. A greatlevel of loader productivity is achieved with the LSS. Anaccumulator charged with nitrogen and connected to the head-end lift cylinder hose through a T-fitting provides shockabsorption. BW15503 Global Cylinder Latching System 563 and 673Loaders

The cylinder latching system allows the operator to remove andattach different loader attachments without leaving the tractorseat. A diverter valve is utilized to divert oil from the bucketcylinders to open the global carrier latch with a hydrauliccylinder. To activate this diverter valve, an in-cab switch isdepressed and held until the attachment retaining pins areopened to allow removing the attachment. A sensor switchensures the diverter valve will not function unless the removalof the attachment occurs at a low height.

The cylinder latching system allows the operator to removeand attach different loader attachments without leaving thetractor seat. Section 13: Stationary Fenders

Stationary fenders are highly recommended in order to avoidfender contact with the loader. Use stationary fenders whenregular tractor fenders may interfere with the mounting frame,cylinders or boom during tire oscillation, turning and diggingconditions. Interference can occur when using large front tiresand/or narrow tread settings.
