    Bottom Loading Arms

    Bottom loading offers benefits which cannot be achieved with top loading designs. Bottom loading takesplace on the ground, making it inherently safer for the operator. It also allows for simultaneous loading ofseveral tank compartments, increasing speed and efficiency of loading. Bottom loading is easilyadaptable to vapour recovery systems.

    E2033 Bottom Transfer Loader 

    Bottom transfer loaders provide an extended reach that makes them ideal for applications where a vehiclecannot be accurately spotted.

    Easy to adjust, super smooth action spring cylinder balance and heavy duty capacity swivel joints enablethese arms to reach further without the need for additional support. The spring cylinder balance has up to! deg of vertical movement for easy to handle alignment and out of the way parking.

    The E$+%- rail unloading arm is designed for light oil products, chemicals or high viscose products. It ise9uipped with a special coupler for the unloading of 4ussian railcars from underneath. The couplerenables a safe and 9uick connection, independent to the orientation of the adapter lid.

    The long reach of the loading arm also enables connection to rail cars when the adapter is not positionedexactly. #ue to the low offset of the swivel joints a minimum vertical height is guaranteed.

    4ail loading arms for =white products= are unheated, while the loading arms for viscose products =2aCut=are e9uipped with an internal heating system. This system guides hot product through the loading arminto the rail car through a special telescopic noCCle assembled in the coupler.

    The robust and high 9uality design of the swivel joints and the spring cylinder balancing gives comfortableand smooth handling of the arm.

    The #rum 0illing loading arm is especially designed to load or unload small compartments such as drumsor IB/ containers. The loading arm has a long reach and is suitable for applications where the manhole or the connection flange cannot be positioned accurately.

    The #rum 0illing loading arm can be arrested in the working position. The disadvantages of a traditionalhose filling are therefore prevented, i.e. the loading arm cannot slip off the manhole.

    The E$@11 E$@1$ Top oading )rms are especially designed for the loading and unloading of li9uefiedgases.

    The arm is connected to the rail car compartment by a coupler, especially designed for 4ussian railcars.The coupler provides a fast and safe connection to the valves of the rail car.

    The E$@1$ oading )rm is combined with a second recommended Hapor )rm E$@11.

    This loading arm is designed with two end pipes for unloading. ) gas return arm with one end pipe allowsanother use of unloading the rail car under pressure.

    The E$@% consists of our reliable long reach loading arm combined with a hose for vapor return.

    By loading with a vapor return hose, the product vapor will be recovered through the loading arm. Thisimproves the profitability of the terminal because vaporiCed product can be recovered and vapor does notpollute the environment. By loading with a sealed manhole, a high level of protection is achieved for boththe operator and the environment.

    Two boom loaders are connected together to form this loader. )ll movements are performed in parallel 8hence the name< ;arallel )rm.

    The addvantages are that the loading arm can be operated like a single arm, i. e. it is highlymaneuverable. )lso, both the product and vapor recovery lines are free from pockets.

    By loading with the vapor return line, the product vapor will be recovered through the loading arm. Thisimproves the profitability of the terminal because vaporiCed product can be recovered and vapor does notpollute the environment.
