Loading docks are one of the busiest places in the plant between forklifts, trucks, hoisting operations, personnel and product packaging - making these areas highly susceptible to accidents. LOADING DOCK SAFETY

Industrial and commercial facilities often leave their loading dock doors open in the summer for ventilation or in preparation for truck arrival or departure. This open space can cause significant risk for injury and is subject to OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.28(b) and 1910.29(b) requiring fall protection measures if the fall to a lower level is 4 feet or greater.

The SRC Dual Opening Cantilever Lift Gate is a great way to protect loading docks, shipping pits and mezzanines. Standard sizes range from clear openings of 8’ - 20’ wide in 2’ increments. Custom sizes are also available.

If our Lift Gates don’t work for you, consider the SRC Roller Gates. These gates don’t require any swing radius impeding onto the shipping floor, only adjacent wall space to the right or left of door.

SRC Floor Mounted Guardrail System features removable railings that lift out of the floor mounts allowing free access when you need it. There are three versions of floor mounted railing holder.
