Marte Angelica was born in Austria to an entrepreneurial family, therefore changing perspectives, dealing with uncertainty and entrepreneurship are aspects she grew up with. After her studies in business & economy and arts & media management, her interest in people, culture and companies brought her to a global American corporation. There her focus was on global marketing and she was alreasy faced with global leadership contexts. From this basis Angelica went through a deep (systemic) coaching and consulting programme in Heidelberg at the International Society for Systemical Therapy. Form this she moved into an academic context in global leadership as a Research Assistant at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) and at the Private University of Witten/Herdecke (Germany). Her passion for executive development led her to found her own swiss-based company in 1999 offering consulting and coaching services. Later, she moved to the USA/MA, where she combined a global leadership development position in a global company with a research project at the MIT while still offering her executive coaching services. She also accepted a position as Member of the Board of Directors of a Harvard spin-off at jove.com. After her return to Switzerland, she continued her academic work at the University of Zurich and she continued to write, teach, speak and develop Global Leadership and Executive Coaching. Recently Angelica has focused some of her attention to develop tailor-made leadership programmes for a variety of German and global corporations as a Program Director at Zeppelin University. Furthermore, she lectures and researches at the ZF Friedrichshafen Chair for Leadership & Human Resources. Angelica believes in the circle of science feeding practice and practice feeding science. To develop leadership, a corporation and its persons have to be in the focus in order to deal with the complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity that today’s companies face. Angelica believes the outer perspective is key for this process. Dr Angelica V. Marte Angelica was born in Austria to an entrepreneurial family, therefore changing perspectives, dealing with uncertainty and entrepreneurship are aspects she grew up with.

After her studies in business & economy and arts & media management, her interest in people, culture and companies brought her to a global American corporation. There her focus was on global marketing and she was alreasy faced with global leadership contexts.

From this basis Angelica went through a deep (systemic) coaching and consulting programme in Heidelberg at the International Society for Systemical Therapy.
