Local campaign “Win with Western Union and Societe Generale Expressbank” Terms & Conditions

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO AND GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN

THE CAMPAIGN “WIN WITH WESTERN UNION| (“PROMOTION”). YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO ENTER THE PROMOTION. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION WILL BE GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE

PROMOTION SHALL INDICATE THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ENTER THE PROMOTION.

1. Promoter name: The Campaign is organized by Societe Generale Expressbank, Bulgaria, 9000 Varna, 92 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd.

2. Promotion territory: The Promotion is organized and conducted in all Societe Generale Expressbank locations in Bulgaria.

3. Duration of the Promotion: The Promotion starts on October 2nd, 2017 and ends on November 26th, 2017.

4. The Promotion will run as follows:

Every customer, who has used Western Union services has the right to participate.

The bank will use lots to determine the winning customers as the main criterion is Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Winners will be drawn at random among database of clients, who have sent Western Union transfer at SGEB location in the period of Promotion. Each control number (Money Transfer Control Number MTCN) participates once with the draw.

5. Terms for receiving the prize:

The prize must be received personally by the participant in 2 (two) weeks after its winning

The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.

6. Description of the Promotion prize: The prizes in this promotion are tablets. The drawn will be on a weekly basis in the period of Promotion at presence of three SGEB employees.

7. Responsibility: The promoter Societe Generale Expressbank is not responsible for any production defects of the prizes in case of claims. Western Union excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from this promotion

8. Entry Rights:

Every Bulgarian citizen or resident who is 18 years old and over and sends at least one money transfer via Western Union in the locations of Societe Generale Expressbank in Bulgaria can participate in the campaign.

Societe Generale Expressbank employees involved in this campaign and their families are not allowed to participate in any way.

All prizes in the campaign are subject of taxations as per the Taxation of the Income of Natural Persons Act.

THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THIS CAMPAIGN WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE CORPORATE WEBSITE OF SOCIETE GENERALE EXPRESSBANK: WWW.SGEB.BG SOCIETE GENERALE EXPRESSBANK RESERVES ITS RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
