• Blue Star Exploration Ghana Limited (“BE” or the“Company”) is an independent indigenous GhanaianExploration and Production company.
• Management team is comprised of 75% Ghanaians. TheGhanaian management team have more than 20 years ofcombined UPSTREAM oil and gas experience, covering 15jurisdictions and $25bn of capital investment.
• BE successfully applied for and agreed petroleumagreements with the Government of Ghana for two contractareas in 2014.
• Partnered with Heritage Oil Ltd, at the time a company listedon the London Stock Exchange. BE led the sub-surfaceanalysis and commercial negotiations with the Governmentof Ghana required to identify and secure the PetroleumAgreements.
• BE is the only indigenous company approved as an operatorin an offshore licence in Ghana.
• BE aspires to be a leading independent African Explorationand Production Company.
• To achieve its aspirations, the Company is actively seeking toadd to its current portfolio with assets in the West Africanregion and also explore other parts of the oil and gas valuechain

• BE owns participating interests in the East Keta(“EK”) and Offshore Southwest Tano (“OSWT”)blocks.
• BE holds material equity positions in both blocks(>33%).
• EK and OSWT were awarded in July 2014,Petroleum Agreements are now effective.
• The Contractor Group for the EK and OSWT blocksare Heritage Oil Limited, GNPC Exploration andProduction Company Limit and BE.
• Blue Star is fully funded for its share of the workprogrammes pertaining to the OSWT and EKblocks.
• The EK and OSWT blocks will be operated based onthe model of a Joint Operating Company (“JOC”).
• The EK and OSWT Contractor Group haveincorporate an operating company with GNPC tooperate the blocks.
• The JOC will be key to BE and the other membersof the Contractor Group’s development objectivesfor Ghana.
