Course Description:

This qualification provides a trade outcome in carpentry, covering work in residential and commercial applications. The qualification has compulsory requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry, as well as a specialist field ofwork. Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements arising out of the training package. However HIC has the following minimum requirements that must be met:

• Carpenter• Carpenter and joiner

1. IELTS 5.5 or equivalent or Min. 6 weeks of Upper-intermediate at HIC

2. Minimum of Australian Year 12 or equivalent qualification

3. Must be aged 18 years or above at the time of application
