S.C. IPEE AMIRAL TRADING IMPEX S.A. is a joint stock company with entirely private capital, combined (Romanian – Italian), founded in 2004, taking over a business with a tradition of over 30 years in the production of passive electronic components, of the former company SC IPEE S.A. SC IPEE S.A. was established in 1972 under the name of ICEP (passive electronic components company).

In 1977, the company ICEP merged with Electroarges as IPEE - Electroarges, expanding its business by manufacturing also household electrical appliances.

In 1991, the two companies split, returning to the name IPEE and ELECTROARGES.

S.C. IPEE AMIRAL TRADING IMPEX S.A. began the activity in 2004 with 24 employees, having as main activity trade of the household products, electronics and electrical, low voltage electrical appliances and so on, according to CAEN clasificatio 4643 "Wholesale of electrical household appliances and radio and television".

Later in 2008, the company is expanding its activities in the production area with 280 employees, adding clasification CAEN 2733 and 7219: "The manufacturing of connection devices , electrical and electronic wire and cable" and "Research and development on natural sciences and engineering", continuing the tradition of former businesses IPEE SA in the manufacture of:

- Electrical and electronical products (soldering irons, antimosquitoes devices, electrical incubators, and so on).

- Household products (agricultural mills, robot Agroforest, smashing fruit manual grape crusher, manual tomatoes juicer, manual beet chopper, grater for nuts and vegetables, cabbage grater, stainless steel grater, etc.).

- Low-voltage electrical appliances (sockets, switches, electrical extension cords, reels, plugs, couplings, and so on).Company currently operates with 235 employees with an area of aproximate 8000 sq.m., of which :

≈ 3.500 sq.m. production spaces.

≈ 1.200 sq.m. storage space.

≈ 400 sq.m. offices.

Mechanical processing • Machining cutting, turning, milling, drilling grinding, processing by

cold pressing (punching, bending, stamping) processing on automatic lathes up to Ø 10 diameter, mechanical cutting band saw, scissors, guillotine and oxyacetylene flame cutting, electric welding points.

Plastic injection •Plastic injection of plastic parts polypropylene, ABS, edistir, simple polyamide and 60% fiberglass, polyethylene.We have 8 injection machines, the largest with 270 tons locking force and 500 g mass injected.

Electrical BLC• Low voltage electric appliance, thermostated electrical incubator, voltage regulators, soldering irons.

Products are manufactured in accordance with Quality Management System, ISO 9001 (certification SRAC, and IQ NET).We have certificates of conformity and test reports issued by OICPE - Bucharest: extension cords, switches, sockets, plug, triple plug, couplers, antimosquito devices, electrical incubators.
