Preparation

Loft Raw Concrete can be used on all sound, clean, dry and perfectly smooth surfaces (in particular plasterboard strips, gyps and press wood walls). Do not apply on wallpaper.

On walls, apply a coat of Primer for Wall Coatings (3300-2.5L) using a gloss paint roller. On Tiles, apply a coat of Primer for Worktops or Tiles (33712) To smooth out tiles, apply one or two coats of Smoothing Primer Paste for Tiles (33004)Follow the recommendations given on the Primer can.

Application

Stir well with a mixer and electric drill (800w minimum) before use. Loft Raw concrete pigments tend to drop at the bottom of the container. Mixing unevenly will lead to color defect.

Lime powder is used to bring light, nuances and depth to the final effect. However, it is not mandatory to use it. Without the powder, the effect will be slightly more uniform. Loft Raw London doesn’t need any Lime powdeR added to ReveaL its stunning effect.To incorporate the powder easily, add 200ml of luckewarm water and let sit 10 minutes. Then, add it to the coating with a mixer and an electric drill. The product needs to be used in the following 48 hours.

Create texture : using a Stainless Steel Trowel and apply a thin coat (2mm) to your wall. Once you have covered your surface, come back with your cleaned tool and create a pattern. Make sure you keep regular, even strokes for the whole wall. Let the LOFT Raw dry for ±2 h. With a sponge or a water sprayer, lightly humidify the surface (work on ±30sqft at one time). With your stainless steel trowel, scrape off any undesired peaks and polish the softened surface using circular movements. This step will create the smooth raw concrete look.

Protection (Optional)If you wish to make the surface water and stain resistant, apply one coat of Clear Protector No 3307

Loft Béton Brut

Préparation

Loft Béton brut s’utilise sur toutes surfaces parfaitement lisses, (les murs de gyproc offrent le meilleur support), sains, propres et secs.

Sur mur, appliquez une couche de Primaire d’accrochage enduit décoratif au rouleau à peinture Sur plan de travail et carrelage mural, appliquez une couche de Primaire Loft béton ciré spécial plan de travail et carrelage mural. Respectez les recommandations indiquées sur les contenants du produit. Ne pas utiliser sur papiers peints.Pour lisser un carrelage, appliquez une à deux couches de Primaire & Lissage

Application

Toujours bien mélanger avant usage. L’utilisation d’une perceuse avec un mélangeur de 800W minimum est essentielle Les pigments ayant tendance à se déposer au fond, portez une attention particulière à celui-ci, ainsi qu’aux côtés du baril.

Un sachet de chaux est fourni avec le Loft Béton Brut. Il n’est pas obligatoire de l’incorporer au mélange. Ajouter-le à votre préparation si vous désirez apporter des touches de lumières et du mouvement. Sans la poudre, l’effet sera plus sage et uniforme mais tout aussi séduisant.

Notez que le loft brut loNdres Ne requier pas l’utilisatioN de la chaux. Munissez-vous de gants pour manipuler la poudre. Afin de faciliter l’incorporaton, versez-la dans un récipient et ajoutez 200ml d’eau tiède. Incorporez la solution dans le seau de Loft Béton Brut et mélangez l’ensemble avec un mélangeur installé sur une perceuse électrique (800W minimum).Une fois le mélange effectué, le produit doit être utilisé dans un délai de 48h.

Appliquez le Loft Béton Brut à l’aide d’une truelle d’inox en réalisant des mouvements croisés, souples et irréguliers pour obtenir un aspect plus ou moins structuré (avec plus ou moins de relief). Laissez prendre ±2heures, puis humidifiez légèrement votre surface (±3m² à la fois) avec une éponge, avant d’écraser les surépaisseurs avec la tranche de votre taloche inox et obtenir ainsi l’aspect béton brut.

Protection

Si vous souhaitez une surface résistante à l’eau et aux taches, faites une application de Protecteur mural incolore (3307).

Revêtement décoratif intérieur, mat, lavable* et décollable avec une décolleuse à papiers peints.
