Log Homes of the Smokies was founded in 2005 in beautiful
Townsend, Tennessee, nestled right outside the Great Smoky
Mountains National Park. Over 35 years of experience in the log
home industry and corporate business management was utilized to
formulate a business plan based on quality, stability, and
affordability.
At Log Homes of the Smokies, we pride ourselves on customer
satisfaction and on offering a COMPLETE log package with NO hidden
costs. Some companies go the extra mile, but Log Homes of the
Smokies goes the extra one thousand miles! Having previously sold
log homes from within Tennessee and all the way north to Canada, no
project is too close or too far, or too small or too large for Log
Homes of the Smokies.

High-Quality Eastern White Pine, Kiln-Dried Logs Log Homes of
the Smokies uses Eastern White Pine logs, which are known for their
superior stability, light weight, density, and limited shrinkage
characteristics. Its beautiful grain is easy to stain and the logs
are available in large sizes, making it an excellent choice for a
log home. Choose from several styles, as well as any size or
shape.
Custom Designed Home Plans and Materials List Choose from our
plans or design your own. Our design team is accustomed to working
from scratch or stock designs. Whether you are designing your log
home from the bottom up or customizing one of our plans, the design
department can assist you in making your dream come true.
Turn-Key Pricing Ask us about a turn-key price! If you give us
the specifics, we can price your home and complete it, if you wish.

Complete -Dry-In Package Log Homes of the Smokies is proud to
offer one of the only complete dry-in packages in the country. Most
others will leave essential items such as nuts, bolts, foam, and
felt out of your packages. Log Homes of the Smokies makes sure that
when we sell you a package, you will have everything needed to get
your home in the dry.

What Sets Us Apart
Our company is unique in that we provide a complete dry-in
package. We do not believe in hidden costs for items such as nails,
hardware, windows and doors that are required to honestly call
packages dry-in shells.
Our costs include all items to complete the home to the end of
the dry-in phase. This means that the home is truly in the dry. We
also work with customers to the extent that they desire.
We will work with individuals who wish to complete their own
home as well as builders and general contractors alike. When a
package is purchased through us, we go out of our way to make
everything as pleasurable and enlightening as possible.
Many other log home suppliers will quote Prices that do not
include all the items needed in order to construct your home. We
request that you do your homework and be sure to price like items
and services.
Even though we include all items needed, we feel confident that
our prices are the most competitive available, and our service is
unmatched.
