bottom. Each shelf contains a large beaker full of poison. It so happens that if you drink from a beaker, you

can save yourself only if you drink from a beaker on a higher numbered shelf. Babli, being shorter than

Bunty, can reach only upto 6th

shelf. The condition of the duel is that each of them brings a glass of water

to the duel, they exchange glasses, and drink. After the duel, Babli lives and gets all the LOOT and Bunty

You pick up your bottle of A tablets and gently tap one into your palm. Then you pick up your bottle of B

tablets and tap it, but two tablets accidentally fall into your hand. You now hold three tablets (one A and

two Bs), you don't know which are which, and they are completely indistinguishable from each other. The

A tablets are the same color as the B tablets, they are the same shape, same size -- they appear identical in

every respect.

But mahn!!! Your doctor is charging you Rs.1000 a tablet! So you dare not throw any away.

Thus, the puzzle: What can you do to ensure that you take only one A tablet and only one B tablet today,

without wasting any tablets (either today or in the future)?

Note: Counting the remaining tablets in both bottles is not the solution. 6

friends would have a tough time dividing Rs.50 evenly among them; so he decides to tell them that the clerk made a

mistake of only Rs.30, giving a dollar back to each of the friends. He pockets the leftover Rs.20 and goes home for

the day! Now, each of the three friends gets a dollar back, thus they each paid Rs.90 for the room which is a total of

Rs.270 for the night. We know the bellhop pocketed Rs.20 and adding that to the Rs.270, you get Rs.290, not Rs.300

which was originally spent.
