LOCATION
Loch Lomond Shores situated on the south bank of LochLomond next to the town of Balloch approximately 20 milesnorth west of Glasgow. The subjects are situated adjacent to theA82 which is the main arterial route between Glasgow and FortWilliam on the west coast of Scotland. It is situated within theLoch Lomond and Trochachs National Park.
Access to Loch Lomond Shores can also be obtained from theA801 which links Balloch to Stirling and in turn the M80 and theM9 motorways.
PHASE 2
There is a Phase 2 proposal for Lomond Shores to include retail,a high quality hotel offer, residential and co-ownership chalets. Thiswill add critical mass to the development and will increase thenumber of visitors to the area substantially. Further details onPhase 2 are available on request.
THE RETAIL CRESCENT
