ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION FOR PAR,TICIPANTS

1 • Place of Meeting

The Meeting will be held in the Assembly Hall of Church Houfe,

Great Smith Street, SW1 from 17-1 9 December 1975 . Plans of the

ground and first floors of Church House are shovm in the Anrex.

There are no facilities for parking at Church House. Cars 1ringin1:

delegates to the Meeting a.re requested to set doim their p n:: sengers

at the main entrance to Church House i n Great Smith Street.

Participants arriving on foot should p ass through the archway at

The Sanctuary (Westminster Abbey) and cross Dean's Yard to Church

House.

2. Registration

Registration of delegates Rnd observers will take place in t:1e

foyer of the Dean's Ya.rd Entrance to Church House between S ·30 run

) and 10 ·45 am on Wednesday 17 De_?ember . Participants will be is sued with lapel badges at the time of recistration . Re:f'reshments will

be available from 10 ·OO am until 11 ·00 am . The tele1:hone nu·1ber of

the reception desk is 222-6778 .

3- Security

Participants are requested to wear l apel badges at all times when

they are in Church House. Admittance to the Asse~bly Hall and Delegates lounge ( Hoare Memorial Hall) will be limited to deler,ates

and observers wearing these badges .

The meeting will open at 11 ·OO am. on Wednesday 17 December.

Thereafter, proposed working hours are from 10 ·00 hours to 1 J ·00

) hours and 15·00 hours until 1J·00 hours. Evenins sessions may be

.._ arranged if necessary froni 19 · 30 hours until 22 ·00 hours.

Refreshments will be available in the Delegates Lounee ( Hoare

Memorial Hall) from 11·00 am until 1;?•00 aJn and from 4·00pm until

5 ·00 pm. Participants are particularly requested not to brint:

coffee cups into the Assembly Hall.

Two telephones will be available to participants in the Delegates

Lounge ( 222 6779 and 6780). I n addition there is one coin ope rated

telephone outside the Hoare Menlorial Hall and a :rurther two situated

in the recep tion foyer at the Dean's Yard entrance.

Calls within the United Kingdom may be made free of charge. Tho s e

wishing to make overseas calls are asked to infor m the Conference

Officer (Room 5 (First Floor) ~22 6773), who wil: recover the

cost from the delegation concerned.

There is a public restaurant, the Vitello d 1 0ro, on the ground

floor of Church House near the Great Smith Street entrance . It

will be open until 10·00 pm on the days of the conference.
