Forces - Pushes, pulls and twists

We use pushes and pulls all the time. A push or a pull can make things move or spin. A push of pull can twist an object or start it turning. The harder the push or the pull, the more the object twists or the faster it turns.

You can make a spinner which will turn round very fast if you twist it with your fingers.
