Chapter I

At the very beginning I thought that this was a fantasy, because it sounded like the bird was talking to Ralph. I thought that the Conch Idea was pretty good, since it was loud. Piggy seems like he won’t survive, because the only thing that he has is sense, and sense doesn’t count in the wild. I think that Jack will later be a problem.

Chapter 2

The group is mad. I mean, stampeding off to the mountain to build a fire that they can’t even keep lit! Then they set half the Island on fire! Well, at least the snake is dead, though I feel sorry that they killed some littl’uns.

Chapter 3

Jack is a good hunter, with keen instincts and great tracking ability. Too bad he didn’t catch the pig. Boy is Ralph mad, jack should’ve been helping with the Shelters! Simon is cool, he’s already found a place in the jungle where he can be alone, and how beautiful those flowers must be!

Chapter 4

Oh no! I can’t believe that the hunters could be so irresponsible ! There was even a ship right there! At least everyone can eat now. I think that the pig dance is crazy, I was scared that they were going to actually kill Roger!

Chapter 5

This is all nonsense. A beast living on the island, but still I can see why they’re jumping at shadows. Jack is definitely a problem, as Ralph, Simon, and Piggy talk about it.

Chapter 6

Poor man, he was shot out of his jet. Poor Samneric, getting freaked like that. What makes it worse is the man is swaying with the breeze. That castle rock is cool, what a fort! Those boulders mean something, I can’t ell yet, but I think those rocks are going to be trouble. Too bad there still isn’t a signal.

Chapter 7

Move over Jack, here comes Ralph. It’s so cool how he just threw the spear! Jack and Ralph were so scared when they saw the “monster.” Jack is a jerk, saying that Ralph was so scared, like he wasn’t! Jack is now a problem, running away like that.

Chapter 8

All the other are joining Jack’s tribe. Poor Ralph he’s not having as much manpower as he used to. I have to question Jack’s method’s, leaving the guts and the head of their prey just to appease a monster who doesn’t exist? Jack is gross. I feel sorry for Simon, to see all of that. So there is a Lord of the Flies.

Chapter 9

The tribe is so mean, what with the raid. Still trying to steal littl'uns. With the offer to a party. Finally, Simon has released the dead guy! Oh no! Simon died! Now I’m mad. That is definitely one party that I’d never want to go to.

Chapter 10I’m sorry that Simon died, he really didn’t

deserve it. Ralph and Piggy are really taking it hard on themselves, they shouldn’t be. I’m glad Samneric are staying with the group, they’re cool. Roger disgusts me, admiring Jack that way. Poor Wilfred, I wouldn’t want to be is his shoes. Jack is so gross. Again, leaving a head for an imaginary beast? That is sickening.

Chapter 10 (continued)I think that one of Ralph’s people will die from the

rocks. Jack is so mean, going to get Piggy’s glasses! I’d give up like Eric too, the chances of being rescued in daylight, in the middle of the ocean, on a small island, from someone seeing a small plume of smoke is nearly impossible! I really hate Jack! He’s trying to really hurt Piggy. I think that Ralph hurt Eric. Oh no! Jack did get Piggy’s glasses!

Chapter 11

Piggy is dead, I just know it, he’s going to be killed by Jack. Well, got to admire his effort! It really takes guts to walk up to someone who wants to hurt you very much and demand back your glasses. Eeeeew, Piggy’s brains splattered all over the rock. I was right that Jack killed him. Too bad that Samneric were captured, too. That fight was cool, but Ralph got hurt!

Chapter 12It’s nice to know that Samneric are still loyal to Ralph. That makes me feel good. Uh oh, Roger is going to make Ralph the next Lord of the Flies! I feel sorry for Ralph, that Pig skull gives me the creeps, but at least Ralph has a weapon! The rock idea is impressive. That is stupid, lighting the island on fire. Yay! Roger’s hurt! I never liked him anyway. That’s ironic, the smoke designed to smoke Ralph out actually brought a rescue ship! This story was overall good, but I’ll be having some very prominent dreams about this!.
