CUSTOMER WARRANTYLordco Parts Ltd. is dedicated to quality workmanship and offersthis warranty to our valued customers. We ask that all of ourcustomers read this document prior to installation of their newcylinder head(s).

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at the phonenumber or email address listed above.

FIRST 3 MONTHSParts and Labour Warranty for a period of three months frominstallation.

Lordco Parts Ltd. warrants reconditioned cylinder heads from alldefects in materials and will replace or repair the defective parts.

Should the defect appear within the first 3 month period, LordcoParts shall reimburse labour at its hourly rate according to Mitchelltime.

FOLLOWING 9 MONTHSParts Warranty Only

Lordco Parts Ltd. hereby warrants reconditioned cylinder headsfrom all defects in materials and will replace or repair the defectiveparts for a further period of nine months, labour excluded. (Overand above the initial parts and labour.)

* Not applicable to commercial, industrial, or marine.

CONDITIONS

PROOF OF PURCHASEProof of purchase is required for any repairs to be covered by thiswarranty. The owner must present the original purchase invoice.

The repaired or replaced parts shall be covered by this warranty forthe remaining period of the warranty.

INSTALLATIONOur warranty only applies if the cylinder head is identical to theoriginal in which it replaces, and if it is carefully installed by aqualified mechanic respecting the standards and installationprocedure shown on the attached coupon.

All threads and studs on the cylinder head were inspected, repaired,or replaced if needed. Lordco requests that you verify their conditiononce again prior to installation. We will not accept any claims fordefects after the head has been installed.

USEOur warranty only covers normal use. Damage to the cylinder headdue to improper installation, misuse, improper use, altera-tions, modifications or accident, will cause this warranty to be nulland void.

HEAT LEVEL INDICATORA heat level indicator is installed on each of our cylinder heads. If thecenter part of the indicator melts, is modified following an engineoverheating, or should it be removed, this warranty shall becomenull and void.

PRIOR NOTICEIn case of any defect please contact us immediately at the numberlisted above in order to get appropriate indications prior to removingthe cylinder head. Any repairs done without our prior authorizationshall cause warranty to be null and void. All claims must besubmitted within 30 days of cylinder head failure.

TRANSPORTATIONFollowing our authorization, the defective cylinder head and gasketsshall be fowarded to us prepaid at the address indicated above.

EXCLUSIONSExcept to the extent prohibited by applicable law, no other warran-ties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of themerchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to thepurchased cylinder head. Under no circumstances shall LordcoParts be liable for consequential damages sustained, includingtowing, vehicle rental, hotel accommodation, meals, lost time,damages caused to engine parts other than the cylinder head.





PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW PRIOR TO INSTALLATION:

To protect your guarantee the following steps MUST be followed prior toinstalling the Cylinder Head.

Please read the following very carefully.

1. CHECK GENERAL CONDITIONDue to the possibility of damage in transport, check the general condition and appearanceof the cylinder head.

2. IDENTICAL TO ORIGINALMake sure that the new cylinder head is identical to the original head.

3. VERIFY CONDITION OF ALL THREADS AND STUDSAll the threads and studs on the cylinder head were inspected, repaired, or replaced ifneeded. Verify their condition once again prior to installation.We will not accept any claims for defects after the head has been installed.

4. CHECK ENGINE’S COOLING SYSTEMMake sure that the engine's cooling system is in good condition, especially if the old headwas cracked.

5. DO NOT USE AN IMPACT TOOLDo not use an impact tool to install your cylinder head.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Heads are equipped with heat level indicators. Only the center of a heat tab melts if theengine has overheated

For cylinder heads that will be used with propane, please add $15.00 per cylinder to theregular cost

Camshaft seals are not installed. Camshafts, rockers and lifters are not included unlessspecified ie. C114, T137

CREDIT POLICY

Full credit for core charge will be issued under the following conditions:

The cylinder head being returned must be the same model as the one that was supplied

The old cylinder head must be returned within 3 months of the installation date in the box oforigin with no missing parts. Example: Camshaft Caps

The Control Tag must accompany the returned cylinder head core

That absolutely no attempt had been made to repair the cracked cylinder head

The cylinder head must be returned "PREPAID"
