Lottie MoonChristmas OfferingEach December the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering almost single-handedly makes global missions possible through Southern Baptist Missionary efforts all over the world. Thank you for your faithfulness again this year as we seek to be a leader in giving to missions! Our Goal:

Season of our SaviorThe Women on Mission are collecting Kids Christmas Stockings. Fill a stocking with age appropriate toys and candy. Pick up your label at the Mission Wall when you drop off your stocking by December 4th.
Women on Mission Quarterly MeetingDecember 6th at 10:30am in the Blythe Equipping Room. A pot luck lunch will follow.

Parents’ Night OutFriday, December 96:00-8:30pm Our theme is “J is for Jesus—The Sweetest Story Ever Told!” Register at fbctrussville.org or at the Event Center. The cost is $5 per child with a $10 family maximum. Siblings up to the fourth grade are welcome for thisPNO as well, but must have a younger preschool sibling present.

The Living TreesMake Christmas happen in the lives of a child in need this Christmas. Go by the trees in the Gathering Space and pick up an ornament. Bring the wrapped gift back with the ornament attached by December 11th. And, if your Sunday School class wants to “adopt” a family, let an attendant know at the trees.
Children’s WorshipWe will not have Children’s Worship in the month of December. We encourage children to sit with their families during worship. And, be looking for something big coming to Children’s Worship whenit resumes in January!

Upward Update!Practices begin the week of Dec. 5, and all Student Basketball practices are in full swing. Our gym is wonderfully busy!
