Imagine saying “I do” at 450ft, high above the Sussex coastline and countryside, in the British Airways i360 glass pod. Share the incredible moments of your wedding with family and friends as a breath-taking panorama of up to 26 miles gently unfolds around you, from the world’s tallest moving observation tower.

Alternatively, set your wedding or your reception in our beachfront building with Brighton’s beach, the sea and the atmospheric landmark remains of the West Pier as your backdrop. Each of our event rooms has a private terrace making them the ultimate beach-side wedding venue.

However you imagine your wedding, at British Airways i360 we have the creativity, the team and the venue to make it wonderful, memorable and unique.

Offering one of the world’s most unique wedding venues, the British Airways i360 glass viewing pod can be hired exclusively for your wedding. You and your guests will board the glass pod at ground level to glide slowly upwards enjoying the unique, varied and changing landscape opening out beneath you.

The high point of your ceremony will be saying your vows at 450ft surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the South Downs, Sussex countryside and out to sea.

There is even a Sky Bar on board, where guests can toast your marriage before descending into the beach building to continue celebrations. A state of the art sound system and video screens can be tailored to your individual requirements.

Unforgettable Day

The pod has heating and air conditioning, so is perfect for a ceremony at any time of the year.

Our beachside event rooms are located in a separate suite from the main public building with their own entrance. They have natural daylight, sound systems and sea views, as well as private terraces overlooking the beach. Flexible walls mean we can hold ceremonies of all sizes ranging from 50 – 202 guests.

For a venue with a history, our replica West Pier Toll Booth is available for wedding ceremonies for up to 38 people (including the bride and groom) and receptions for up to 58 people.

Originally designed by Eugenius Birch in 1866, the Toll Booth has its own private terrace overlooking the beach and British Airways i360.

We are committed to sourcing the highest quality local produce and to building great relationships with local suppliers.

MasterChef: The Professionals winner, Steven Edwards, is our executive chef working closely with business partner Josh Stanzl.

Alongside our venue caterer, Heritage Portfolio, they have created a delicious range of menus that include local ingredients from the South Downs and coastal waters of Sussex.

Beach Party: Barbecue, bowl food or

buffet option plus a glass of sparkling

Brighton Classic: Three course

banquet, a glass of Prosecco, tea

and coffee. £80 per person.

West Pier Banquet: Welcome

reception, three course banquet, a

glass of Prosecco, ½ bottle of wine,

Regency Gourmet: Welcome

reception and canapés, four course

deluxe menu, a glass of sparkling wine,

Sussex Finest: Welcome reception and

gourmet canapés, four course deluxe

menu, a glass of sparkling wine, tea and

coffee. Steven Edwards and Josh Stanzl

will design the menu alongside you,

then head-up the kitchen on the day of

your wedding. £150 per person.

All packages include: wedding co-ordinator; room hire; private beach-front terrace; crockery, cutlery, glassware and napkins; cash bar; waiters and bartenders to tend to your guests; plasma screens; sound system and a complimentary flight for your first year anniversary.

From the first time you visit to the day itself, your wedding co-ordinator will do everything they can to make you feel happy, excited, supported and confident about your wedding day.

British Airways i360 has partnered with the award winnning expert florists at Flowers Unlimited to make sure our venue is as perfectly dressed on the day as you are. Whether you want to fill the glass pod with flowers that match the exact colour of your outfit, or have an idea for our event room, our partners at Flowers Unlimited can guide you to the perfect designs. They can discuss colour schemes with you, suggest different themes and advise you on what is available during the season of your wedding. Flowers Unlimited can also create brides bouquets, bridesmaids and flower girls posies, button-holes and corsages. Consultations can be arranged either at the Flowers Unlimited shop in Portland Road, Hove or at British Airways i360.

Room Capacities

We are located in the heart of Brighton beach at the site of the historic West Pier (BN1 2LN) next to the Hilton Metropole and the Grand Brighton. Car parking is available opposite the venue. Coach drop off points are within a few minutes walk of the venue.
