5PAYMENTSPAYMENTS SHALL BE MADE ONLY THROUGH COORDINATORS TO PROVIDERS PLANNED PARENTHOOD MAY SIGN A CONTRACT WITH A COORDINATOR AS A PROVIDER AND BE PAID FOR NHC APPROVED SERVICESNO MONEY SHALL BE PAID TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD OR ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION THAT IS NOT A CONTRACTED PROVIDER

7HEALTH CARE COORDINATORSAny insurance company (they become Health Care Coordinators HCCs) may participate in this PlanInsurance companies that become HCCs may send a notice to their customers stating that they will convert their coverage to the Plan, unless the customer wants to use another HCC Those on Medicaid WILL CHOOSE an HCC

8HEALTH CARE COORDINATORSThe insurance companies will NOT be eliminated, but the service they provide will be changedThey will operate in the same manner they do now, except that they will NOT be responsible for the RISKS involved in supplying insurance. They will become COORDINATORS for the PlanThey will have a GUARANTEED PROFIT and NO RISKThey will be paid for COORDINATING the services of the PlanAnd provide FRAUD DETECTION for the NHC

9SIMPLIFY PAPER WORKAll participating in this Plan will use the same forms for enrollment, and claims paymentAll insurance cards will be the same, showing the name of the customer and the Company issuing itThe cards will be MACHINE READABLE to save time and reduce mistakesAll of this will simplify paperwork for providers and increase savings
