    Today the invitation is to choose one part of your body to pay 100% attention to. Tobe in relationship with, to nurture and gain wisdo fro.

    ! great place to start, would be choosing a body part within the base of your body,your foundation. "so any part, such as the toes, feet, an#les, calves, shins, #nees, thighs,hip $oints

    &ay attention to that body part for the rest of the day and evening.

    'eeber to always observe self and notice without $udgeent.

    (agine if you were having a one to one conversation, what would that part of yourbody be telling you)

    =o the first step is gathering inforation. For one entire day be in relationship "payingattention to your posture. !s you are oving through your day, becoe aware of allthe intiate details. ?bserve and gather inforation with $udgeent. o not changeor alter anything about your posture to start with. ust observe. ?nce you are clear onhow your body feels and loo#s then notice, is how your body loo#s in that oent,truthful)
