LOW ON GAS is an exhibion of young Polish arsts from Lodz, an amalgamaon of individual

studies of transcendence, subconsciousness and undiscovered forces. Taking the slogan

"Trapped in me, surrounded by evil, low on gas" from 90s film Army of Darkness as their

moo, these arsts draw on the power that has accumulated in the points of tension created

by their refusal to rely on a given reality and their readiness to experiment with its boundaries.

Working in a variety of media and means of expression, they display a body of work veering

bbetween banality and illuminaon.
