 As part of our Lean Six Sigma Journey in VADS, we are deploying a series of leadership awareness training. This 1 Day course is aimed

at management level and it is designed to raise in depth awareness of what is Lean and Six Sigma, and how the leading Lean Six Sigma

companies are achieving high performance results. The success factors for achieving these results are presented and discussed along

 with the roles and responsibilities of the company management.

This programme was developed to encourage the candidates to be responsible for the development of Lean Six Sigma Implementation

throughout their organizations. This course is designed for leaders who are responsible for designing and implementing corporate wide

improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.

 About the QS Simulation Lean Six Sigma Training

This fun and interactive program incorporates a continuous improvement framework. Participants will be given a hands-on experience in

solving critical business issues by using a  structured problem-solving process and the continuous improvement methodology using Lean

Six Sigma techniques.

Mode of Training Delivery 

The simulation sessions represent transaction days. The simulation establishes a typical high level ‘bad-day-at- work’ scenario w ith time pressures and complaints mounting

from ‘customers’. It will provide the participants with snapshots of existing inner workings. The participant will experiencethe importance of using score-cards and key perform-

ance indicators as a navigating tool for organizational change through process performance. This simulation also focuses on the understanding of the Voice of Customer, Voice

of Employee and Voice of the Business.

Throughout the sessions, participants will be introduced to Lean Six Sigma tools that will help them in solving the problem and generate solutions that can be implemented. The

simulation will demonstrate the importance of Leadership and vigorous adherence to the methodology in order to achieve significant gains. The program reviews the ‘big picture’and establishes Continuous Improvement to maximise performance by achieving them in 3 phases:

This is an internal VADS leadership training and conducted by industry Lean Six

Sigma expert. Follow the steps below :-

sri.anis@vads.com  ( 03—7712 7817) and wait for notification email

 You will receive an outlook invitation to attend the training with details

 Attend the training at Training room 1, 18th Floor, VADS Semua House, Jalan

Bunus 6, 50100 Kuala Lumpur

The first session is to be held on 23rd July 2013 for 26 pax. There will be

many more of this training sessions will be held. If you miss the boat, register

early for next one.
