Account Managers

Independent Accounts

January 9th – February 3rd 2012 Account Managers will earn:

$1.00 per case if they sell to = or > 20% of account base$1.50 per case if they sell to = or > 30% of account base$2.00 per case if they sell to = or > 40% of account base

• Minimum of 4 SKUs to qualify per account• Independent Account is defined as any account that does not

require prior corporate authorization

Independent Accounts

February 4th – March 2nd 2012Account Managers will earn:

$1.00 per case if they sell to = or > 30% of account base$1.50 per case if they sell to = or > 40% of account base$2.00 per case if they sell to = or > 50% of account base

• Minimum of 4 SKUs to qualify• Independent Account is defined as any account that does not

require prior corporate authorization

Manager Incentive

Independent & Authorized Chain Accounts

January 9th 2012 to February 29th 2012Manager Included:Mike Madden

1. Sales Manager will earn .25 cents per qualifying case for each case sold by an account manager that hits distribution goal.

2. If the manager has every sales rep qualify (hit the lowest distribution percentage) then the manager gets an additional $0.25 per case for a total of $.50 per case

Incentive Timing: December 2011 thru March 2012

Program Details: Open a New Neuro Account with a minimum of 4 sku’s and earn the following.

4 sku’s placed earn $100 for each Key Account Opened. 5 sku’s placed earn $150 for each Key Account Opened. 6 sku’s placed earn $200 for each Key Account Opened.
