AVENUETestimonials:

Saks Event:“Saks reached out to AVENUE to deliver New York resident audience for re-launch of their HOME floor. Turn-out was beyond expectations. It was a wonderful evening that generated sales and exposure for multiple vendors on the floor. “

“For my residential real estate customers, AVENUE says it all.My high-end luxury sales come from Fifth AVENUE, Park AVENUE and all of the most desired addresses in between. So when I want to reach prime prospects, AVENUE Magazine is the destination I visit first.”

Nikki FieldsSotheby’s International Realty

“For the past 30 years I have been involved in the Wealth Management industry. The three companies I have worked for have all placed ads in Avenue magazine to access their readership in the NY metropolitan and Palm Beach, Florida markets.

As a consequence, at a business or social gathering, or even walking down on the streets of NYC or Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, we are often stopped by one of their readers saying, “We saw you in Avenue Magazine. Do you still hold onto the investment and fiduciary advice published in last quarter’s or even last year’s Avenue?

Avenue ‘s readers think, talk and experience wealth. As a consequence, year in and out, getting the attention of their readers has been a fruitful investment for those in Wealth Management.”

Peter E. (Tony) Guernsey, Jr.

“Halstead Property has been proud supporters of Avenue Magazine and Manhattan Media for a number of years. Run by a fabulous and incredibly talented editorial team and sales staff, the magazine provides a perfect venue to showcase our luxury properties all throughout Manhattan as well as Brooklyn, the Hamptons, the Gold Coast of New Jersey, Hudson Valley and Fairfield County, Connecticut. With interesting articles on the history of real estate to high-lighting important social gatherings, Avenue is definitely the magazine to read – and to be in.” Diane M. RamirezPresidentHalstead Property

“We sold two of two paintings as a direct result of featuring our artist in an AVENUE Advertorial. The buyer has gone on to become a repeat client and significant collector.” Michael JamesMichael James Fine Art

AVENUE DeliversEach month, 36,000 issues of AVENUE magazine aredelivered directly to the most luxe segment of New York City.

For more than 35 years, AVENUE has been a “must read” at the most exclusive

buildings along Park Avenue, Madison Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Beekman Place, Sutton Place, Central Park West and Central Park South. Our monthly circulation of 36,000 goes to Manhattan’s most affluent neighborhoods, as well as to other choice locations, including New York’s leading hotels and clubs. AVENUE mag-azine prides itself on the highly controlled and strategic nature of our distribution.

We also have bonus circulation, in season, in Palm Beach. In June, July and August, we will publish AVENUE on the Beach and split 50,000 copies between NY and the Hamptons at no additional cost to advertisers.

Since 2004, AVENUE’s circulation has been audited by the Audit Bureau of Circulations, the lead-ing verification company for consumer magazines. This audit provides ultimate transparency for our advertising clients.

AVENUE, the iconic magazine of New York social power, is accompanying its readers to the Hamptons this summer, and making new friends—lots of them. AVENUE on the Beach will increase circulation by nearly 40 percent over our regular issues – at no extra cost to our advertisers. AVENUE on the Beach will launch with June, July and August editions with a total circulation of 50,000.

For almost 40 years AVENUE has provided the ultimate insider’s view of the lives and lifestyles, interests and passions of New York’s most glamorous society. AVENUE is now teaming up with its sister publication Dan’s Papers–the Hamptons’ bible for over 50 years–to bring its insiders perspective to the ultimate summer playground. AVENUE on the Beach will be fresh, fun, and, as always, beautifully presented. It will feature people of consequence, whose contributions of style, taste, philanthropy and infl uence provide fascinating stories and images.

Bill To:

1. This Insertion Order constitutes an agreement between Avenue Media LLC (Avenue) and its advertiser, either directly or through its advertising agency hereinafter collectively referred to as “Advertiser,” both of whom shall be considered jointly and severally liable for payment and compliance with all conditions of the agreement. As the advertising contracted for herein will be consolidated with other advertisements to facilitate production and publication, cancellation is not allowed.2. Advertisers shall supply advertising materials to Avenue pursuant to Avenue’s current and prevailing me-chanical specification requirements. If the required production materials are not supplied by Advertiser, then Advertiser will be charged for Avenue creating the necessary material(s).3. Advance payment for advertisements is required of all Advertisers until credit has been established. If credit has been established Advertiser agrees to pay Avenue at the “per insertion” rate set forth above within ten (10) days of the receipt of Avenue’s invoice with tearsheet(s).4. Advertiser agrees to pay Avenue for service charges equal to 1 1/2% of the outstanding balance per month on all balances outstanding in excess of thirty (30) days.5. Avenue is responsible for errors up to the cost of the ad in advertising credit. Advertiser agrees that unless it makes written objection to the billing amount set forth in Avenue’s invoices or if there is an error in the ad within thirty (30) days of invoice date, the amount due shall be deemed correct in all respects. Avenue does not assume liability for omissions, or in the event of an error, for any claim to exceed the cost to the advertiser of the actual space occupied by the advertisement or section thereof in which the error occurs.6. Advertiser represents and warrants that its advertisement will not contain any matter that is obscene or libelous, or violates the rights of any third party including any person’s right of privacy or constitutes copyright infringement, or is otherwise contrary to law. Advertiser agrees to hold Avenue harmless from all liabilities, claims, losses or damages of every kind arising out of any advertisement submitted to Avenue, by or on behalf of the Advertiser. Advertiser agrees, at his or her own expense, to defend to final judgement any and all suits, actions, etc., and satisfy al orders, judgements, etc. against Avenue resulting from publication of any advertisement submitted to Avenue by or on behalf of the Advertiser.7. Multiple insertion advertisers are granted a discounted rate per insertion as quoted above. Should Adver-

tiser not fulfill above advertising schedule or fail to pay bills as per agreement, it is agreed that the Advertiser shall pay for the number of insertions actually published at the current open rate (the one-time, non-discount-ed rate) per insertion. Any changes to schedule must be in writing and received by AVENUE 10 days prior to ad close date of contracted issue. Failure to give proper notice will result in liability for cost of space reserved.8. In the event the Advertiser breaches the terms of this agreement or if there is a default in payment neces-sitating the utilization of an attorney and/or a collection firm, the Advertiser agrees to pay all legal/collection fees – 35% surcharge in addition to the open rate charged per insertion, plus any applicable service charges.9. The undersigned is duly authorized to enter into this agreement and personally guarantees performance of this agreement.10. Avenue shall have the right to omit advertising, to limit the amount of advertising in any issue under this contract or order, to designate the proper classification of all advertising and the rate applicable thereto, to reject any advertising copy, to cancel any advertising contract or order at any time for reasons satisfactory to the management and to lighten or change type, borders and cuts without penalty to either party. Avenue does not guarantee placement of advertisement on any particular page or portion of the publication unless otherwise specified in the agreement.11. Neither Avenue, nor its printer(s) shall be responsible for delays in publication, delivery or distribution due to strikes, lockouts, embargoes, labor problems, fuel or power storages, fire, floods, accidents, civil distur-bances, war, acts of god, or other causes beyond their reasonable control.12. No additional terms or conditions pertaining to this agreement will be recognized by Avenue except those endorsed herein in writing and authenticated by the signature of both parties.13. In the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement both parties hereby consent to the jurisdic-tion of the courts of the Sate of New York or by arbitration (upon the sole discretion of Avenue), before the American Arbitration Association of New York. Any award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York for the purpose of entry and enforcement of any judgment which may arise out of any decision of the American Arbitration Association regarding this matter.
