There are no refunds. Cancellations must be received in writing by International Tele-Film no later than 10 days prior to the event and the 50% registration deposit will be forfeited. Registrations are non-transferable. “No Shows” will be liable for the full registration fee. International Tele-Film reserves the right to cancel this event at any time without liability, with full refund of any registration fees paid at time of cancellation.
