-In at least 130 of a total of 231 villages, participatory land use plans have been prepared in line with national guidelines-80% of the communal and private land in at least 100 out of 231 villages has been measured, legally allocated and registered systematically according to national guidelines- In at least 100 of altogether 231

villages, at least 80% of the female and male villagers know their land rights, such as maximum land areas, provisions on compensation, land acquisition and settlement of land disputes.
