Could you please provide info on: 1) the scope of the selecting alignment- Airport alignment- (e.g. how many miles, stations, aerial structure, at grade...) 2) the estimate cost of the selecting alignment? 3) the schedule 4) Differences in scope, cost, schedule and others (e.g. riderships, parcels acquisition,..) from the previous LPA ( Salt lake) and the current selecting alignment ( you may provide a table to list differences between the Salt lake LPA and the current selecting LPA. Note: I have a copy of the 8/12/08 presentation from the CITY (Honolulu Rail Transit Project- HI on the move" ) but would like to know if any changes from that copy. It would be benefit if we have a summary of what I have requested above.

5) Status: anything new/updated info from the monthly report dated 1/14/09? 6) PMP: has the city provided you any updated PMP or schedule or any documents (e.g. contracting strategy or delivery method?- What is the city working now ( e.g do they plan to update any documents or continue working on further developing the scope, vehicles/technology selections and what are they...) For your information, the Honolulu City Council today passed a resolution selecting the Airport alignment as the new Locally Preferred Alternative.
