Zana Matthysen (HR) Zana started in the traveling industry but chose to venture into the construction industry. She is the Chief
Financial Officer and heads up the Human Resources Dept., which consists of 60 employees. Part of her
responsibility is liaising with the government offices to ensure that the company complies with all regulations and
requirements. She is an excellent communicator with a free spirit and is a levelheaded administrator focused on
the issues at hand. No matter what market segment the client is from, she can hold her own.
Dillinger Matthysen (Site Agent & Safety Officer) Dillinger is a Contracts Manager and Safety Officer. He is spontaneous and loyal. Through his dedication, he has
earned respect with his colleagues in the industry. He has experience in setting out plans, organizing sub-
contractors and reinforced concrete structures. He has worked under extreme pressures on mining sites and has
proved himself worthy. He has worked with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Site Inspectors to deliver the
project on time and realize profit required by the company. Because he is self-motivated and precise with his
administration, you can automatically assume that he will meet the deadline.
Freddy Lategan (HDI – Site Agent) He loves his concrete and mixes. Passion for steel works, we call him the “Pontifix-Maximus” the great bridge
builder. As efficient as a woman is in the kitchen so is Freddy with his concrete recipes. He is a steady and
easygoing gentleman. He has worked with Lukas for the past 17 years and they have traveled together around the
subcontinent improving infrastructures.
Godfrey Masuku (HDI – Survey & Earthworks) Godfrey is a site manager with lots of experience and knowledge of building and civil works. He has managed
numerous projects of Luzana Civil & Building. He can communicate with clients, give out job cards and manage
his team with great success.
Ceasar Mbethe (HDI – HR) Ceasar is the key person of Luzana Civil& Building for his duty in managing the control and communication
between the office and the sites, He manages the stock control at our storeroom. Ceasar is very trustworthy and
reliable.
Frans Solwane (HDI – Electrical Contracts Manager) Frans is a Electrical contracts manager with lots of experience and knowledge of industrial and residential and
automation works. He has managed numerous projects of Luzana Civils & Building. He can communicate with
clients, give out job cards and manage his team with great success.
