M+ memory cards are branded large-capacity flash memory cards which contain high-compression, high-quality video and other entertainment content for use with a mobile phone or PDA.

The product is targeted towards consumers who are looking to expand the storage capacity of their multi-media enabled mobile devices.

Some of the content in the cards is available anytime, while other content can only be accessed by unlocking the content via payment by premium SMS.

ACCESSING PREMIUM CONTENT

The customer applies the code to the content, which is then unlocked for use…

After selecting a piece of content from the card’s menu the customer generates a text message.

An unlock code is generated, as payment is processed and a return SMS with the unlock code is sent to customer

User selects locked content in the file.

-alert appears on screen – “To unlock the content exit M+ Player, then text MPLUS and (code) to 1231 to obtain a PIN number. If you already have a PIN number, press ‘Continue’ to unlock and play content”

User goes into Messages and sends an SMS with MPLUS and a code to 1231.

User receives the legal message via SMS:

- If user wishes to purchase they select Options>Reply and text the word ‘Yes’ to confirm they wish to purchase.

- If the user does not wish to purchase they ignore the text.

In response to the ‘Yes’ message, the M+ server sends a text with the product title, pin code and confirmation of the charge.

The user re-selects the product and enters the pin code to unlock it.

The product launched late Q4, 2006 in Denmark with line-up of titles that features some of Denmark’s premium TV and Film content, including the popular TV series “Klovn,” and

“Råzone”- Zentropa’s latest youth-oriented drama which was a winner with the critics and paying public in Danish cinemas in ´06.

In addition to “Klovn” and “Råzone”, the early list of available titles includes a trilogy of films by Danish director Per Fly, and a trilogy of films by director Susanne Bier, including 2007’s Oscar® nominated “After the Wedding.”

Other content currently under negotiation for inclusion in the product line-up include comedy, travel, and premium sports titles.

The product will be sold and distributed using the main distribution players in the mobile industry.

FSI has a distribution agreement with Dangaard Telecom, and others, to reach Mobile operators, mobile shops (retail and internet), supermarket chains and consumer electronic shops.

The product will be priced at about 5% over the price of an empty memory card of similar size.

As part of the project, FSI has managed to bring together a group of key partners to support the launch of the M+ concept.

As the project has developed positively, each of these partners and others are willing to continue to expand the reach of the M+ concept as a new an extensive platform for the development of multiple mobile media and other business concepts.
