This was reported by Dr. George'V. Grim, milk control officer of thedistrict, at the meeting of the LowerMerion Board of Health Mondaynight.

In each case the defendant pleadguilty and paid the fine and costs.Five of the action>' were broughtagainst milk -companies and oneproprietor of a store.

A tentative revision of the healthregulations of the township was pre­sented at the meeting by Dr. BertrandK. Wilbur, chairman of the Law andOrdinance Committee of the board.

Included is a neW section which bansbreeding places for mosquitoes. Itreads: "It shall be unlawful for anyperson to have, keep, maintain or per­mit within corporate limits of LowerMerion Township any collection ofstanding or flowing water in whichmosquitoes breed or are likely tohreed."
