Hazardous WasteContractors provide all labor,

materials, equipment, paperwork and services

Contractors follow EPA, DOT, OSHA, and State of Utah regulations.

Upon notification, contractor has 30 days to remove waste.

Emergency removal within 48 hours.

Hazardous WasteContractor takes ownership of

waste.Contractor will provide

documentation showing:EPA ID #Copy of Certificate

Contractors liability insurance.
