Real Estate Development
• ….is the process of transforming a plot of land from one state to another. The main motive is usually financial profit.
• Keep in mind the perspective of real estate economy throughout the course!
Grading
• will be based solely on the project (activeness during the course, written development plan, oral presentation), and each member of the group will end up with the same final grade.
• In other words, you will have to work as a team!
