Teamwork Teamwork is a concept that covers a broad range of life experiences from business management to organized sports to parent and child rela-tionships. This workshop addresses nine factors essential to anyone who finds themselves in a cooperative relationship. The nine factors are leadership, goals/objectives, selecting a team, molding a team, structuring for success, communication, conflict management, productive ap-praisal and motivation. This training is modified to address the specific needs of the participants. Training programs range from half-day overviews to two-day intense workshops. Keith spoke last year. He puts a hilarious spin on topics that have importance. We are lucky to have him back. You don’t want to miss him!
Supreme Court Rule 37 In this session, the Hon. Judge Ardie Bland will discuss the changes to Supreme Court Rule 37. This is important, so don’t miss out on this session!
The Art of Perception Management Keith is back with a brand new session! What’s your point of view and how does it impact your quality of life? While perspective plays a critical role in decision making surprisingly little energy is invested in managing perspective. In this presentation, Keith will explore the characteristics of perspective and the control each individual has to use perspective management techniques to reduce stress, enhance productivity and find more enjoyment in daily living. This is the debut presentation of the principles associated with Keith’s new book by the same name. Participants can expect to leave encouraged and prepared to positively impact their life and the lives of those they encounter each day.
Victim Impact Panel “The purpose of the Victim Impact Panel (VIP) program is to help drunk and drugged driving offenders to recognize and internalized the lasting and long-term effects of substance-impaired driving. The classes seek to create an empathy and understanding of the tragedy, leave a perma-nent impression that leads to changes in thinking and behavior and prevents future offenses.” This session will mimic an actual VIP session.
Balancing Your Mental Wheel Do you have life goals, personal or professional, you want to achieve but are struggling to make them happen? Then this session is for you! This program will assist you in identifying your goals and the barriers that stand in your way. We’ll uncover your superpower(s) that can launch you to the finish line, achieving that goal. Do you ever talk yourself out of completing your goals? We’re going to explore affirmations to help you talk yourself to success.
Clerk's Potpourri This session will cover a wide variety of topics, and answer questions you may have about procedures.

Basic Human Communication This course covers a breakdown of how humans communicate. Explanations of verbal communication, non -verbal communication, communication competencies in dealing with diverse communities, moderated communication, kinesics, semiotics, source vs. rece iver characteristics, decoding, etc. This class is a student favorite as it incorporates examples drawn from movies, television, e tc. This class is a benefit to all employees, regardless of profession or role, and consistently receives overwhelmingly positive reviews. ”
Chat with Chuck Caverly This session will be an informal, but informational discussion with Chuck about proposed changes to Municipal Government within the State of Missouri that could impact the Courts as we know it. Don’t miss it!
