Youth can request for personalization of their matches, like all women environment or indoor working condition.Made4Me will consider available time and location of the applicant before matching, to facilitate students and part-time workers. Youth from all fields can apply.

Employers can submit the requirement and job details. Made4Me will find applicants that match the requirement and refer them to the employers, who can contact and interview these shortlisted candidates to find a perfect match. Anyone needing some extra help can be an employer. Similarly, jobs can be anything that needs to be done. Employers can be shopkeepers looking for an extra-hand or parents requiring a tutor, or maybe a multinational company looking for programmers.
