MAGALI software has been designed for test engineers. It has evolved since continuously based on user

feedbacks and partnerships with key players of the market, mostly in telemetry and flight tests.

MAGALI is a configurable tool with extended features to built equipment testing means: telemetry and

measure benches. It manages every step of the test: preparation, data acquisition and generation, data

display and processing, generation of reports...

MAGALI fits all data sources (analog or digital inputs/outputs, avionic buses, telemetry, Ethernet…) and

manages every formats (standard or specific protocols).

MAGALI offers all tools for command, supervision and data display required to generate test bench or to

insert in a more complete one.

MAGALI ideally suits analysis of flight test data. It extracts and analyses data stored on different media: recorders,

flash memories, data files... Whatever the format: Telemetry, (IRIG106, CE83, CCSDS), MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429,

Analog, Serial, Ethernet, Video, Voice… And sources (Chapter 10 devices or files, recorders, memory cards, network

streams). All sources are synchronized with high accuracy.

In network mode, all Magali functions are distributed on several workstations for increased performance: one for test

management, as many as required for real-time decommutation and data processing and for real-time supervision. All

MAGALI users share common capabilities like data analysis, data viewing exportation, importation, macro commands and

many other features.

Customers can add their own algorithms in the real time decommutation loop, or in the analysis functions, or take control

of the MAGALI system from another software located on a local station or on any station on the network. For each

situation a dedicated Software Development Kit is available: SDK-RT for real time processing, SDK-PP for post

processing, SDK-NDA for automation.

With MAGALI graphic editor, any test engineer can design

its own windows, for real time or post processing and data

report. Synoptics are created by using an extensive library

of graphic objects or ActiveX controls. A complete set of

objects is available: avionics, strip charts, gauges...

You can also take advantage of the native link with Kallisté

software to construct advanced views or synoptics.

Video module fully manages video streams for acquisition and

visualization. Videos can be extracted from telemetry streams,

memory cards or flight data recorders, or directly from a video

source using Ethernet, DV, HDV or HDMI buses.

Frames are synchronized with other data sources with accuracy.

Overlays and OSD functions are available. This module supports

widely used video formats: MPEG2, MPEG4, MJPEG, H.264, etc...

Advanced tool for 3D and 2D animation and visualization of

ground or air mobiles. Animation is based on real data issued

from telemetry streams, direct acquisition or replay.

Users can select mobiles, landscapes, point of view, 3D or 2D

mode...3D animation is perfectly synchronized with other

acquired data.
