KISS ME DEADLY (June 21, DVD 29,95€, Blu-ray 39,95€): This film was filmed in

1995. The director of this film, Paul Schrader describes Ralph meeker (the

actor) like “a midget among dwarfs”. This movie was adapted from the Mickey

Spillane novel, in which Meeker performed the roll of a private detective

whose name was Mike Hammer, Ralph Meeker portrays Hammer as a federal

cap, using the intensity of this character he can obtain proof of infidelity or

some suspicious criminal wives.

The film is a result of how much the director hated Spillane’s novel and of

course, his detective. It is a quiet interesting film and maintains the spectator

sitting in his chair.

THE MUSIC ROOM (June 19, DVD 29,95€, Blu-ray 39,95€): This film was filmed

in 1985. There are some films that we love more every time we watch them,

but there are also films that pictures seems capable of suspending you in time,

the music room is an example of this.

Chhabi Biswas is Roy, and he is a landowner from an aristocratic family. He sells

one of his family’s jewels (the last one) to pay for his coming of age

celebration. But “The music room” is not a prevent film, Roy give us images so

Nowadays on television we cannot fins a big variety of

programs; we can only see broadcast which only speak

about disasters and blood, American and British series

and of course gossiping programs.

Our personal reporter did a research about

television guides, we found more gossiping ones than any

other ones, there are so many programs about gossiping

that they have created a special channel for them. Chris

did a list to compare the most popular channels program

planning, for example “TVE” and “Antena 3” after the

news we can only see soup operas till the news are

reported again. On the other hand “Telecinco” shows

(Salvame) a gossiping program, which starts at four

o’clock in the afternoon and finishes at eight o’clock in

the evening. Instead of “La Sexta” shows American series

all the afternoon. Moreover, each channel has some

supporting channels, which shows the same programs

and series all the time, this is an advantage if you want to

see a serie and you cannot, you can see it other day in

some of these channels, but if you are all the afternoon

listening to people shouting all the time, THIS IS A

HEADACHE!!!

We can find minimum fifty channels and more than the

fifty per cent you can only see shop television, and in only

three of them you can see a good film.

In this section, we will create two interchangeable menus, they can be for a special lunch or for a special dinner that you can have with your family, or your friends or a date with your partner.

First course we have two options, the first option is a “Fish broth”

Ingredients: - 500 gr boneless fish - 50 gr White leek - 2 egg whites - ½ liter of White wine - 100gr mushrooms - ½ liter fish stock

Explanation:

- First mix the fish with the egg whites and

chopped leeks and mushrooms skins. After you

add the white wine and fish stock. You cook 30

minutes over low heat, stir and season lightly.

When you have finished, serve it.

The second option is a “Valencian salad”

Ingredients:

- 1 lettuce

- 1 tomato

- 1 cucumber

- Sail

- Oil

Explanation:

- First you tear lettuce into small pieces,

then chop the cucumber and add to the

salad. Cut tomatoes into small pieces and

place them as decoration. Add salt and oil

Second course we have two options, the first option is a “Steak with cheese and pineapple”

Ingredients:

- 4 beef steaks

- 4 slices of cheese

- 200 gr pineapple in syrup

- 50 gr breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- Oil

- Salt

Explanation:

- First you cook the steaks. Then cut the

pineapple into small pieces and put

them over the slice of cheese and close

with took picks later coated with beaten

egg and bread crumbs and fry. Once

done, put the rolls on top of the steak

and serve.

The second option is “Rice with seafood”

Ingredients:

- 1 precook paella

- 350 gr rice

- 1 tablespoons of oil

- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

- 3 fish soup

- 1 clove of garlic

- Saffron

- Salt

Explanation:

- Put oil and precook paella and placed in the

oven for about 5 minutes. After you add

the fish soup and leave for 4 minutes more.

Add the tomatoes, garlic, saffron and rice.

Season taste and we introduce in the oven

for 15 minutes. When you have finished,

Finally the dessert, where we also two options, the first option is “Chocolate mousse”

Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons of sugar

- 200 gr of chocolate

- 1 glass milk

- 3 eggs

Explanation:

- Fist beat the yolks with three

tablespoons of sugar; break in the fire

along with the glass of milk. After, you

beat the eggs whites until stiff with a

spoonful of sugar, stir thereupon all.

Finally you get into the fridge for 24

hours before serve it.

The second option is “Philadelphia cheese cake with jam”

Ingredients:

- 1 cream cheese terrine

- Cookies

- 6 tablespoons of sugar

- 2 natural yoghurts

- 1 lemon yoghurt

- ½ tub of butter

- Jam

Explanation:

- Fist crush the biscuits and butter

blends, this put him in extending his

base. Made after all ingredients in a

saucepan, heat up and once the shakes

you place in pan with crackers. When

cool the cake you insert it in into the

fridge. Finally before serving put over

the cake the jam to taste.
