B1) Different functions that realize the
different offices of tourist information
B.1.1) Autonomous community
The office of the Junta de Andalucía gives
information to the tourist on the whole
Andalusia, not only of Granada.

B.1.2) County council:
The Office of the County council gives
information about the whole province of
Granada, not only of the city, for what the
tourist can ask for information about the
Alpujarras or the Tropical Coast.

The tourist information that offers the
Town hall limits itself to the city of
Granada, though they can have access to
other destinations of the province, though
they cannot facilitate material as
pamphlets or leaflets.

Andalusia is a great autonomous
community, for what his promotion is very
varied, with announcements in press,
television or his presence in Fitur, where it
possesses an exclusive pavilion for the
above mentioned community, where
promotes Granada and other destinations,
as Sierra Nevada. Also it improves itself in
the exterior, since in Japan enla fair JATA of
Tokyo, the most important of Asia

C) DIFFERENT PROFESSIONALS OF THE TOURIST INFORMATION AND HIS POSITIONS
C.1) Flowchart: is the graphic and schematic representation of anorganization structure in a
company. Here organizational units and relations between them are represented.
Every cabin of the flowchart corresponds with a level of direction and its responsibilities, from the highest level up to the base. Each one of occupies of a certain task, being the manager of the office the one that distributes and designs them for his good functioning.

C.2) Functions of the worker:
At the head of the office there is the manager, whose aim is to coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively
After the manager, there is the director of the office, in whom there are delegated several functions, which in turn the manager will be of distributing them in the intermediate workers.
On a general level there are the tourist informers, that they are those who take charge giving all the information that the tourist requests, depending on the office (Junta, Diputación and Ayuntamiento). They give information changed about the destination, as places of interest, concrete schedules or specific events. They are the soul of the office of tourism.

AND TOURIST PROMOTION
In Granada we can find a great variety of points of tourist information, public character, or
private nature, in which they are going to give us the information that we need in agreement
with our tastes and expectations.
