About 『ECO Unit』 (1)< The background of the system’s development >

　Today, Japan has professed a policy of constructing a recycling-oriented society. For realization of this policy, it is not an exaggeration to say that there is an urgent demand to establish a complete recycling system of the waste that has also caused various social issues such as illegal dumping.

　Since the revision of the Law for Recycling of Containers and Packaging, the ratio of recycling or reuse of waste has been increasing year by year. However, at present, target materials are limited and the excluded materials are mainly processed using conventional methods such as incineration and landfill.

　In addition, with the present methods, a huge cost is required for facilities and work flows to enable recycling of waste, which has been preventing a breakthrough for effective utilization of recycling and reuse.

　To achieve the required goal (constructing a recycling-oriented society) and the means (recycling and reuse of waste), an essential factor and prime task is to develop technology to create good quality products from recycling at a reasonable price and to develop a new waste processing system employing innovative technology in order to advocate recycling and its techniques to business and industry.

　We have completed the 『ＥＣＯ－Ｍ２０』, based on our long history of research and development. This is a waste disposal system that can realize the ideal of constructing a recycling-oriented society.


< The summary of MCU >　The ECO-M20(ECU), utilizes magnetism generated by a special technique and sends a magnetic field through the opening into the unit accompanied by a small airflow. The magnetic field encounters a fire source in the center of the chamber which activates the magnetic field and induces the generation of a magnetic flux. The magnetic flux thereby generated decomposes waste materials inside into magnetic ionic powder at a low temperature.

< The concept of the Unit >1. The ECU is not an incinerator and requires no fuel. 2. The unit is a low temperature magnetic field decomposer utilizing a special magnetic field and dissolved oxygen.3. After the initial ignition with a starter flame and magnetic ashes, no supplementary fuel is required. 4. Once the magnetic ashes (ionic powder ) are accumulated, the unit keeps working naturally as long as there is waste to be processed. The operation is just easy.5. The unit’s smoke and odor reduction equipment requires no additional fuel. The only requirement is to exchange the processing agent.6. The unit can also be utilized for the heating of water and air.7. Not being an incinerator, the unit requires only the notification of installation before operation.

High moisture waste takes time to crack because it causes recirculated gas that fills the chamber. In addition, it reduces the efficiency of processing and prevents cracking itself with increased tar emission.

1. This is a pollution-free/eco-friendly processing unit with little maintenance cost.

2. The unit can be installed in any location, even in places without a fuel supply and/or electrical facilities.

3. The output of the cracking process is reusable ashes only. No unrecyclable products are generated.

(How to load waste to be processed ) Functional Usage of the MCU

1. For effective use, the waste should be crushed before it is loaded into the MCU. 2. If there is any possibility that crushed waste materials would be dispersed, please put them in

bags. 3. Please keep the level of waste at least 35 cm from the internal cover of the main chamber . 4. To enhance the functioning of the unit, please load different waste materials respectively in

turn, in a sandwich-like arrangement. < Maintenance: Visits for check-ups >
