Demotion / Termination Criteria
One issued case by M5 (where M5 being 3 complete months of NLA Development Phase and 2 months post NLA status);
Failure of the same will lead to change of agent status to Passive status
Failure of the Production CMC will lead to change of agent status as Passive status
Failure of Production CMC will lead to change of Agent Status as “Advisor” However if even the Advisor level production has not been met, then the Advisor status will change to Passive status
Failure of Production CMC will lead to change of Agent status as “Advisor” or “Senior Advisor” as per the Production levels achieved. However if neither the Advisor level Production nor the Senior Advisor level Production is not met, then the Advisor status will change to Passive status
Failure of above CMC will liable for termination of Contract.

On achieving the criteria of 3 cases and Rs.1,20,000 FYP issued & cleared in the Developmental Phase
On achieving the criteria of 6 cases & Rs.60,000 FYP issued & cleared in 3 rolling months and has completed at least 1 month as an Advisor
On achieving the criteria of 24 cases & Rs.5,00,000 FYP in 12 rolling month OR Rs.7,50,000 FYP issued and cleared in 12 rolling months; and has completed at least 12 months as Senior Advisor
Fast Track
