TEST FACILITY AT UDS At time 6 pumps can be tested simultaneously

Voltage meter, Frequency meter. All instruments are tested as per govt.

standard at approved govt. lab Pumps up to 7000 LPH flow and maximum

450 BAR pressure can be tested.

The measuring instruments on the test bench are duly calibrated wit pre –determined frequency.

VENDOR EVALUATION Vendors are classified in two Categories Traders Manufactures.

* Traders Raw material like S.S Round bar, M.S Round bar,

MS Channel, Hardware and Motors, Machinery Parts like Keys, Coupling, Gland

Packing, Gasket Packing etc. We are Purchased that material on regular basis from

traders. QC Check : All the material supplied by traders, it is provided

with test certificate . Material is cleared to store department after

receiving QA report of material. Motors are received AND REVIEW AS PER

MANUFACTURERS TESTING CERTICICATE provided by THEM

Current, voltage & power factor of motor are crosschecked by US AT house testing facility Manufacturers

Manufacturers are SUPPLY CONTROL PANEL, CASTING, ELECTRICALS GOODS, provided Test certificate

All the material supplied by Manufacturing is checked by our QC Engineers, before Use.
