1. The University vide its Advertisement No. 001/2019 dated 15th May 2019 advertised the

aforesaid Non-Teaching Positions.

2. To screen the applications received for the aforesaid Non-Teaching Positions, a

Screening Committee constituted by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor met on 30th June 2019,

1st and 2nd July 2019.

3. The Screening Committee checked and verified the records of each applicant and their

eligibility strictly in accordance with the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the

University and included in the Advertisement No. 001/2019 dated 15th May 2019.

4. In response to aforesaid Advertisement, the details of total number of (i) Online

Application Forms; and (ii) Printed Hard Copy of online application forms along with

self-attested documents/enclosures, received in the University for the aforesaid Non-

Teaching positions are given below:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Provisionally Eligible candidates are being allowed to appear

before the Selection Committee subject to production/submission of requisite document

as mentioned against their name on the date of Selection Committee Meeting failing

which they shall not be allowed to appear before the Selection Committee.

7. Although all efforts have been made to ensure accuracy in preparing the list, possibility

of inadvertent error or typographical mistake/omission cannot be ruled out. The

University will incorporate the genuine and justified requests, if any, on receipt from

applicants. Therefore, the applicants are advised to go through their details

carefully and in case of any discrepancy, the applicants are advised to bring the

same to the notice of the University for necessary correction(s) clearly

mentioning the Name of Post; Sl. No.; Page No. at which their names figures in the

list by writing an Email to [email protected] latest by 10th July 2019

(Wednesday).

8. No request for corrections and/or improvement shall be entertained after

10th July 2019.

9. The Screening Committee has screened all the applications with due care however in

case of misrepresentation of facts by the candidate found at any stage the candidate will

be disqualified.

10. It may be noted that:

a. The recommendation with regard to short-listing of applicants to be called to

appear before the Selection Committee for expert assessment and personal

interaction (Interview) has been made on the basis of their claim/information/

certificates furnished along with their application forms;

b. Applicants shall have to substantiate their claim through submission of original

documentary proof, prior to their interaction (Interview) with the Selection

Committee;

c. Applicants must ensure that the documents/enclosures submitted are correct

and that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements, failing which they may

not be allowed to appear for interaction (Interview) with the Selection

Committee; and

d. The eligibility of the applicants has been determined as on the last date for the

receipt of online applications, i.e., Tuesday, 18th June 2019.

11. Those in-service eligible candidates who have not submitted their applications through

proper channel are advised to submit NOC at the time of Interview.
