The YouthBuild program simultaneously addresses several core issuesimportant to low-income communities: a쀼렀ordable housing, education, employment, leadershipdevelopment, and energy e삂쯿ciency. The YouthBuild model balances project-based academiclearning and occupational skills training to prepare disadvantaged youth for career placement.
