CHOICE OF MORNING MASTER CLASSES: FRIDAY 27TH APRIL, 9-1pm Information below MASTER CLASS OPTION ONE Awareness of Thoughts & Thinking Processes in our Mindfulness Practice With Bodhin (Philip Woodward) Session summary When we sit down to practice mindfulness, our thoughts & thinking processes are a major part of the experience. In this session, we will look at some of the science underpinning thinking, and we will explore our relationship to our thoughts, and explore some ways of practising more skilfully with our thoughts. "It is amazing to observe how much power we give unknowingly to uninvited thoughts: ‘Do this, say that, remember, plan, obsess, judge.’ They have the potential to drive us quite crazy, and they often do! From thoughts come actions. From actions come all sorts of consequences. In which thoughts will we invest? Our great task is to see them clearly, so that we can choose which ones to act on and which simply to let be." Joseph Goldstein Who is this for?
