With dedicated Service and Maintenance teams located in Dubai, Aberdeen and Singapore we are perfectly positioned to meet the after-sales support demands of our customers in all global locations. Our industry leading Fleet Management System encompasses all aspects of service and maintenance works, certification, upgrades and spare part requirements of any of our product lines. The software also tracks and identifies failures with units through the unique ‘fault code’ analysis system and alerts customers of possible future failures and preventative measures before they occur.
To minimise costly downtime we stock a vast range of ever-ready parts and materials and client product specific kits. From fault diagnosis and repairs, routine service testing and inspection to refurbishment solutions, upgrades and modifi-cations, we provide 24/7, 365 days a year global on call site service. Our Service and Maintenance teams hold international certifications, including maintenance and inspection of ATEX and IECEx equipment, F-GAS, REFCOM and IICL license.
COMMISSIONING, MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY CALL OUT
Our dedicated Service and Maintenance teams located in our Dubai, Aberdeen and Singapore facilities are perfectly positioned to meet the after-sales support demands of our customers in all global regions. All of our Service and Maintenance team members are experts in the field and are fully qualified and certified to the latest global industry standards. Through this global support network our customers are provided with 24 hour technical as-sistance by telephone, email or on-site services. Our teams are available and ready to mobilise at any time for local and international travel both on and offshore to any of your facilities upon request.
As industry leaders in our field we are fully equip-ped to deal with all technical requests from our customers, be it from simple advice regarding certifications through to detailed technical reports and inspections to satisfy operator requirements. With a comprehensive stock of parts available in our Dubai, Aberdeen and Singapore service facilities, we can offer a fast and efficient turnaround on all parts to all global locations. As industry leaders in our field we are dedicated to providing solutions to our customers and can advise on anything from direct replace-ment parts through to the replacement of obsolete items and upgraded equipment to meet the latest industry standards.
Our continuous research and development puts Specialist Services at the forefront of technology and industry advancements which allows us to provide you with the best possible advice regar-ding parts, materials and upgrade equipment and compliance with the latest industry standards.
We can supply parts on an individual basis as and when required or provide a comprehensive emergency and operational spares kit for each of our products to reduce your down time in the event of a component failure. All Specialist Services A60 certified doors and windows are manufactured in house to the highest industry standards and held in our stock along with a wide range of architectural products used within our products. Our architectural products are available for immediate dispatch as direct replacements or for product upgrades in line with the latest certifica-tion requirements or project specific demands.

FLEET MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
Specialist Services has developed a complete and comprehensive Fleet Management Solutions package encompassing all aspects of service and maintenance works, certification, upgrades and spare part requirements based over the lifetime of any of our product lines.
The Fleet Management Solutions system stores critical product specific information such as ID numbers, manuals, drawings and certification, and generates automated emails to alert users at the clients end when certifications are due to expire and when routine service visits are due.
The software also tracks and identifies failu-res with units through the unique ‘fault code’ analysis system and alerts customers of possible future failures and preventative measures before they occur.

• COMPEX: Globally recognised qualification for Installation, Maintenance and Inspection of ATEX and IECEx equipment

• IICL: IICL licensed CSC container and frame inspectors

With vast experience in design, manufacture and regu-latory compliance requirements for oilfield equip-ment we can provide a full turnkey solution for our customers from minor upgrades to full strip down and refurbishments in accordance with the latest industry standards.
In addition to a standard refurbishment, we can offer ATEX and CE marking upgrade packages on existing DNV 2.7-2 certified products to ensure that your fleet can be utilised on a global scale.

ENGINEERING CAPABILITY
At the core of our business is our extensive and detailed engineering capability. We provide multi-discipline engineering expertise from the teams based in our engineering centres in Dubai and Aberdeen, including structural, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, process, electrical and instru-mentation. Our experienced engineers provide innovative solutions with global compliance for every product designed, with services including detailed engineering, site survey, site supervision, pre-commissioning and commissioning, 2D drawing and 3D modelling, as well as FEED studies.
Providing our clients with products that perform to the highest industry standards we are specialised in engineering services including stress analysis, risk assessment, in-place analysis, lifting analysis, weighing analysis, transportation analysis, thermal design, heat load calculations, and much more. Our engineering state of the art software includes AspenONE, AutoCAD Mechanical and P&ID, CAD-Worx, Carrier HAP4.5, Compress, PDMS, Pipenet Standard and Spray/Sprinkler, PV Elite / Compress, SepCALC, STAAD/Pro V8i and Tekla.
