EASA.145.4001Taking into account the provisions of Article 68 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the bilateral agreement currently in force between the European Community and the Government of the United States of America, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) hereby certifies:

as a Part-145 maintenance organization approved to maintain the products listed in the FAA Air Agency Certificate and associated Operations Specifications and issue related certificates of release to service using the above reference, subject to the following conditions:

1. The scope of the approval is limited to that specified on the 14 CFR part 145 repair station Air Agency Certificate, and the associated Operations Specifications for work carried out in the United States (unless otherwise agreed in a particular case by EASA).

2. The approval scope shall not exceed the permitted EASA Part-145 ratings as detailed in Regulation EC (No) 1321/2014.

3. This approval requires continued compliance with 14 CFR part 145 and the differences as specified in the Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG), including the use of the FAA Form 8130-3 for release/return to service of components up to and including power plants.

4. Certificates of return to service must quote the EASA Part-145 approval reference number quoted above and the 14 CFR part 145 Air Agency Certificate number.

5. Subject to compliance with the foregoing conditions, this approval shall remain valid until:

30 January 2023

unless the approval is surrendered, superseded, suspended or revoked.

STANDARD OVERHAUL WARRANTY

“A” System Hydraulics, Inc. warrants the services performed to be free from defects in theirworkmanship at the time of delivery, provided however, that “A” System Hydraulics, Inc.ʼsliability shall be limited to replacing or repairing any part which may be damaged as a resultof such defect.

The obligation of “A” System Hydraulics, Inc. under this warranty is limited to correction atits facility of any equipment which has performed at variance with these warranties and:

1. “A” System Hydraulics, Inc. is notified of such defects within ten (10) daysof discovery.

2. The assembly is returned to “A” System Hydraulics, Inc. freight paid, within thirty (30) daysafter discovery of defects.

3. “A” System Hydraulics, Inc. disclaims responsibility for costs of removal, reinstallation or associated expenditures.

4 The assembly has been operated and maintained in accordance with current manufacturerʼsmanuals, operator handbooks, service bulletins, federal regulations, and writtenrecommendations.

5. Proper records have been kept, especially installation dates when time in service isthe only criterion.

6. The assembly has not experienced any foreign object damage.7. If a warranty request is approved by “A” System Hydraulics, Inc., repairs will be completed

and continued time applicable to the original overhaul transaction will prevail.8. “A” System Hydraulics, Inc. will, at its discretion, determine whether or not failure or defect is

covered under the terms of the warranty.

WARRANTY LIABILITY PERIODS WILL APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

1. OVERHAUL

Twelve (12) months from the date on tag or 1000 hours whichever occurs first.

2. REPAIR

Six (6) months from the date on tag or 500 hours whichever occurs first.

No warranty shall be honored if the unit has been tampered with or if any “A” System Hydraulics,Inc. seals have been removed or broken. Units which have been improperly used or stored shallnot be considered for warranty.

“A” System Hydraulics, Inc. shall have no liability for consequential or special damages including,but not limited to, loss of use.

EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES

IT IS AGREED THAT THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES,EXPRESSED, IMPLIED,STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF AIRWORTHINESSOR MERCHANTABILITY) FOR WORK DONE OR MATERIALS FURNISHEDHEREUNDER EXCEPT THOSE WARRANTIES SET OUT ABOVE AND IN NOEVENT SHALL “A” SYSTEM HYDRAULICS, INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THE WARRANTY SET OUT ABOVEIS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND MAY NOT BE ALTERED ORAMENDED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN APPROVAL OF AN AUTHORIZEDOFFICER OF “A” SYSTEM HYDRAULICS, INC.
