Using eMaint.comto send maintenance requests

To send a maintenance request, click in the address bar and type:

emaint.com/login.php

Type your branch account name and password in the box.

Then click Login.

This is the work request homepage.

Page 6: Maintenance Reporting Website

Open work requests are listed first. This is where NEW requests are listed.

Rejected work requests are listed next.

The work request history is last. When a request has been assigned to a staff

person, it will appear in this list.

If you want to contact the person assigned to your work request, you can click the envelope icon to email them.

Let’s submit a work request.

Click in the upper right Add New Request corner.

Fill out the form. You must fill out

all fields.

When you are done…

…click Save New Record to send the request.

It may take a few seconds to process the

The green bars at the bottom of the screen will

let you know that the request is being sent.

Once the request has been sent, click Close Window.

You may see a blank screen while the software takes you back to the main page. Be patient, it will load

after a few seconds.

Our request is now visible under Open Work Requests.

Let’s send a request that includes a picture.

Click on Add New Request.

Fill out the form. You must fill out

all fields.

When you are ready to add your picture, click

Image.

Find your branch in the list and click Select.

We need to add our picture. Click Add New

Picture.

We need to find the picture on our computer.

Click Browse.

Look in Desktop to find your photo. Click on the photo name…

…then click Open.

Click Add Picture.

Click Back to Album Content.

We added our photo to the album…but we still need to click on the photo to

send with our work request.

Now we need to choose a

photo size. Pick the largest Thumbnail.

Then click Update.

…click Save New Record to send the request.

When the request has been sent, click Close

After you submit a work request, you will receive a confirmation

email.

You will also receive an email with a PDF of your work order.

You DO NOT have to do anything else – the emails are for your

information.
