To avoid failures, accidents, production stoppage, etc, TUROMAS has launched a preventative maintenance service, which helps increase the life of your equipment.

A complete checkup is performed by our most specialized technicians. Furthermore, through a procedure which allows us to evaluate every part which make up our machines, we develop a report with the solutions, recommendations and improvements to implement in order to optimize machine performance.

Para evitar fallos, accidentes, paradas de producción, etc, TUROMAS lanza el servicio de mantenimiento preventivo, el cual ayuda a aumentar la vida útil de los equipos.

Se realiza una revisión completa por parte de nuestros técnicos más especializados. Además, mediante un procedimiento que nos permite evaluar cada una de las partes que componen nuestras máquinas, elaboramos un informe con las soluciones, recomendaciones y mejoras a realizar para el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos.

What does it consist of? ¿En que consiste?It is a complete preventative maintenance plan which includes an annual complete checkup by our most specialized technicians. This way, our technicians can ensure maximum precision for the machinery and optimal performance to avoid future problems.

Se trata de un plan integral de mantenimiento preventivo que consta de una revisión completa anual por parte de nuestros técnicos más especializados. De este modo, nuestros técnicos aseguran la máxima precisión de sus equipos y un funcionamiento óptimo que evite problemas futuros.

For each of the blocks which make up the machine, a checklist is created; this tells you whether an element is ‘OK’ or ‘Not OK’ and details the spare parts used during the maintenance

checkup.Por cada uno de los bloques que compone la máquina se realiza un check list en el que aparece si el elemento es “Apto” o “No Apto“ y se detallan los repuestos utilizados durante la revisión de mantenimiento.

Conditions Condiciones1.- The checkup does not include parts or replacements, only technical services. La revisión no incluye ningún material ni repuesto, sólo los servicios del técnico.

2.- The checkup does not include any software updates. La revisión no incluye ninguna actualización del software.

3- The checkup only includes those preventative checkup tasks stated in the previous paragraphs. La revisión incluye solamente las tareas indicadas de revisión preventiva según los apartados anteriores.

4.- Before the technician is on site, the client must inform as to the status of the machine to predict the need for any spare or replacement during the checkup. Antes del desplazamiento del técnico, el cliente debe informar sobre el estado de la máquina con el objetivo de intentar prever la necesidad de algún repuesto o recambio durante la revisión.

5.- The duration of preventative maintenance per machine shall be one day, or 9 hours. You will be billed extra if the replacement or substitution of any spare or replacement requires additional time. La duración de la revisión preventiva por máquina sería de un día, 9 horas. En caso de reposición o sustitución de algún repuesto o recambio será necesario disponer de tiempo adicional, el cual se facturará aparte.

6.- Before the technicians arrive, the client must eliminate any glass from on, under, or around the machinery and clean the carpet, guides, and racks. Antes de la llegada del técnico, el cliente deberá eliminar cualquier vidrio sobre, bajo o alrededor de la máquina y limpiar la moqueta, guías y cremalleras.

7.- Before the technicians arrive, the client must have this grease available to lubricate the machinery and some degreasing product to clean the machinery if this is required. Antes de la llegada del técnico, el cliente deberá tener a disposición grasa para lubricar la máquina y algún producto desengrasante para limpiar la máquina si se requiere.

8.- During the preventative checkup, the machinery must be stopped, not producing, and at the technician’s disposal. Durante el tiempo que dure la revisión preventiva, la máquina deberá estar parada, sin producir y a disposición del técnico.

9.- The service shall be performed on workdays, not on weekends nor on holidays. El servicio será realizado en horario laboral, no durante fin de semana o días festivos.

10.- Once the checkup has been performed, a report shall be drafted with the spares used, defective elements, recommendations and a list of spare parts to keep in mind for the next checkup or substitution by the client. Una vez efectuada la revisión, se realizará un informe con los repuestos utilizados, elementos no aptos, recomendaciones y un listado de repuestos necesarios a tener en cuenta para la próxima revisión o sustitución por parte del cliente.
