Reference to past return via Hometax

• Taxpayers can refer to their past return details or payment history via Internet

• National Tax Service offer taxpayers their own tax-related

history which is stored in agency’s DB

• Taxpayers can file current return easily by comparing with past return

• This Service was opened in Feb 2006

• The utilization is 3,000/day (10,000/day in filing season)

3. Major recent development

Application for a Certificate via mobile Internet

• Taxpayers can apply for a tax related certificate by using cell phone(mobile Internet)

- certificate : Business registration, Tax clearance, etc…

• Taxpayers can use Hometax even if there is no PC

• This service has been offered from Dec 2005

• Younger taxpayers use cell phone Internet frequently and they are good at using mobile service.
