Do not re-sell recalled products. It’s against the law. Recalled products can cause deaths and injuries.

Cribs— Don’t sell recalled cribs or cribs that

fail to meet the new federal standard

Toys—• Check for recalls• Small parts can be a choking hazard

for young children• Magnets or magnetic components

can be swallowed and cause life-threatening injuries

Clothing— Remove dangerous drawstrings that

can cause strangulation

Lead—• Don’t sell children’s metal jewelry—

It can contain high levels of lead• Don’t sell painted wooden or

metal toys
