The Quilt Fairy - Continuous Demonstrations

Demonstrations on how to English Paper Piece using The Quilt Fairy's die cut papers and fabric.

Demonstrations by “The Clam Shell Queen” on how to hand piece Clam Shells the easy way using The Quilt Fairy's die cut papers. Have a look our new mini projects using all sizes of Clam Shells.

Learn how to make a microwave bowl protector during our continuous demonstrations using our pre-cut kit.

Just One More StitchCome along to the Just One More Stitch stand and

make this simple foundation pieced square using the

Quiltworx method. Once your square is made you

can add squares to make a quilt, wall hanging, or

whatever you like (extra foundations will be available

for purchase at a minimal cost to participants).

Watch the Westalee demonstrations at our stand for

ideas on how to quilt this block. Janet Collins an

accredited instructor will be demonstrating daily.

Do you have a Quiltworx pattern that you have

purchased, but are too scared to start? Bring your

pattern/kit along to this class and learn how to get

started!

The 'learn how to' section will be followed by a

demonstration on Quiltster. Quiltster is a new app for

computer, ipads, etc. that allows you to easily

customize layouts and create unique colorways to tell

your story through the craft that you love. Get ready to

experience (Quiltworx) quilting in a whole new way.

Classes for 2017 - Everyday11:30am Card Making - Gradiant Colour Card Set

Create three fabulous cards in this card making class. We will be using our

Waterbrush Pens, Shimmer Brushes and an intricate Cricut overlay to create

these bright and beautiful cards. Kit Fee: $15

1:30pm Glass Dome Diorama

Create a gorgeous piece of home décor for your own enjoyment or a

stunning gift for a friend. Piece together butterflies, a picket fence, grass &

branches that will be housed in the glass dome provided. Kit Fee: $20

3:30pm Scrapbooking With Close To My Heart - every day

Create a gorgeous 2 page layout with our Exclusive Cut Above Kit and

Shimmer Brush. Just add photos when you get home and you will have

made progress on your album projects whilst enjoying this year's show!
